CLIENT: BMW Repair Facility
Client bought 500 BMW hats and wanted to create a flyer to sell them. Their notes for a flyer (TOP LEFT). Instead of selling the hats solo, I suggested they give a free hat with a paid oil change. That way they gain a customer, not just a hat sale. They agreed. I created the mailing ensemble (TOP RIGHT)...7% response rate, 250 new customers. Success, in their worst part of the year.
